With a total area of more than 50,000ft², the property will include 124 apartment-style suites.

These suites will feature full kitchens and on-site laundry facilities.

In keeping with its strategy to reduce operational costs, the Extended Stay America Select Suites prototype will offer minimal public spaces.

The prototype is anticipated to open in early 2025.

Extended Stay America Franchise Development managing director Mark Williams said: “The new construction prototype represents the next phase in the strategic growth of our economy extended stay brand.”

In March last year, the company entered into an agreement with BASK Development for the development of eight Premier Suites across Florida markets.
